Regional Vice President

We are a leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry, seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Vice President to join our growing National Sales Team.

We are the exclusive U.S. supplier for several of the world's top helmet and gear brands, and we manufacture and market our own proprietary motorcycle apparel lines. Role Overview

The Regional Vice President will lead a team of District Managers supporting key powersports dealers and retailers nationwide. This role is responsible for setting sales targets, evaluating and optimizing team performance, delivering product and sales training, and building true partnerships with our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive key dealer district development and territory growth
• Set and achieve team sales targets
• Manage and maintain operational excellence across key dealer accounts
• Ensure dealers are meeting operational and merchandising standards
• Provide in-field support, coaching, and training to the sales team
• Deliver sales and product presentations in-store
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key dealer partners
• Present expanded brand opportunities to prospective new dealers
• Manage the onboarding and opening of new dealerships

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail multi-store leadership experience with visual merchandising expertise
• Strong sales leadership with a team-first attitude
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Sales training and presentation experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools
• Highly self-motivated with sharp attention to follow-through

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 75%+ in support of the regional team and to headquarters
• Passion for motorcycling
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Valid driver's license
