Maintenance Associate

A residential property management company is hiring a Maintenance Associate for a 245-unit apartment community in Chatham, NJ. Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, plus a rotating on-call schedule.

What you’ll do

• Handle resident service requests and keep residents happy
• Prep, paint, and clean apartments for turns
• Repair locks, door hardware, fixtures, switches, and receptacles
• Fix faucets, toilets, showerheads, and drain stoppages
• Walk the property daily and help with grounds, snow removal, and preventative maintenance

What you need

• 1+ years of residential or property maintenance experience
• Valid NJ driver’s license
• Yardi experience is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Available for on-call and overtime
