As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences, serving as a trusted resource and ensuring seamless planning and exceptional client care from start to finish. This remote role aligns naturally with Central Time schedules for applicants based in Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
• Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences
• Provide detailed information and recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process
