HVAC-R Build Technician — Copper Brazing & Systems Assembly

A day in this role

Show up ready at 6:00 AM in a climate-controlled shop, review blueprints and specs, and bring HVAC/R training systems to life. You’ll assemble complete systems and subassemblies, solder copper tubing with care, and keep quality front-and-center. Throughout the day you’ll calibrate and maintain test and production equipment, document your build steps, and jump in to troubleshoot and diagnose defects so every unit meets standard.

Schedule & pace

Day shift only, no weekends required.

• Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Fri: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Optional OT Saturdays, 6–10 AM

Signing bonus

Signing Bonus: $1,000 total — paid in $250 installments at your 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year anniversaries.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs (English)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Reliable — on the floor and ready at 6:00 AM
• Copper soldering experience is a plus
• EPA 608 Certification is a plus
