Role Summary

Our client is seeking Czech-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote customer support function. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates and requires relocation to Greece before the start date.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support customers in Czech via phone, email, and online communication tools

  • Respond to inquiries related to services or products following defined processes

  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner

  • Record interactions and solutions in internal case management systems

  • Maintain service quality standards and operational guidelines

  • Escalate issues that require further review or specialized support

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Czech

  • Good command of English (level B2)

  • No previous customer service experience required

  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems

  • Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability

  • Capacity to work independently in a remote environment

  • Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
