Responsibilities
- Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Carry tools and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under the guidance of experienced electricians.
- Perform basic electrical tasks, such as wiring and circuit testing, as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
