Recent Grads - CDL A Company Truck Driver - Regional

Our paid mentor program in Maryville, Tennessee, helps qualified CDL-school graduates prepare to operate safely and confidently as solo drivers. Participants train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely
• Complete regional pickups and deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs
• Follow Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and company safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
• Recent completion of an accredited CDL program
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
