We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to help solve issues for our customers. In this position, you can answer phone calls and emails from our customers, work to find solutions, and offer additional options for replacement or repair if necessary. You may also be able to answer questions from potential customers if you don't mind. The main qualifications for this role are strong communication and problem-solving skills and a background in customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers and potential customers
Solve any issues that may arise
Forward customers to the appropriate specialist when necessary
Log all calls, issues, and solutions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED certificate
Customer service experience
Strong phone and computer skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
