Own the I&C parts lifecycle—end to end
Are you energized by complex sourcing decisions, technical validation, and keeping legacy systems running? In this lead role supporting our OEM Parts department in New Stanton, PA, you’ll report to the Manager of Procurement Engineering and work in a mobile model with 2–3 days on site weekly.
What challenges will you take on?
- Can you drive clarity from ambiguity? You’ll engage customers to define precise needs for I&C components and assemblies.
- Do you thrive on coordination? Manage quotes and orders, aligning suppliers, internal Sales, and customers to keep commitments on track.
- Is rigorous documentation your strength? Produce procurement/manufacturing documentation and craft Commercial Dedication Instruction (CDI) documents.
- How do you handle change? Resolve technical issues—especially obsolescence—by qualifying alternates and mitigating risk.
- Will you validate what you specify? Develop test procedures, run functional tests, and configure monitoring for seismic, environmental, and EMC test campaigns.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor of Science from an ABET-accredited program in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
- At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Fluency in analog circuit design concepts.

Where you’ll work
New Stanton, PA. Mobile working arrangement with an expectation of being on site 2–3 days each week for lab work, testing, and collaboration.
Compensation
Base salary is estimated between $85,200.00 and $106,500.00 per year, dependent on your experience, qualifications, and skills.
