VP Engineering

We're hiring a technical leader to run our engineering organization — someone who can set the bar for technical excellence, build and scale high-performing teams, and partner with the CEO and product leadership to define the roadmap. You'll own engineering execution end-to-end: architecture decisions, hiring, delivery cadence, and team culture. We need someone who's done this before at a growth-stage company — ideally taking a team from 10 to 50+ engineers. You should be deeply technical but also a strong communicator who can translate between business priorities and engineering trade-offs. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll still review architecture and weigh in on system design, but your primary impact is through the team you build and the systems you put in place.
