What You’ll Do

  • Travel to multiple customer homes each day to troubleshoot and repair major appliances—refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves—with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit.
  • Recommend value-added solutions that help customers keep their homes clean, comfortable, and protected.
  • Maintain and organize your truck and manage parts usage for speed and accuracy.
  • Pitch in with other duties as assigned to support the team.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools.
  • Appliance troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures for consistent, high-quality workmanship.
  • Comfort using a smartphone for parts ordering and job documentation.
  • Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% with variable hours and required overtime as needed.
  • Ability to read and apply technical documentation to solve problems and complete tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Physical capability to constantly lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs; frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing, and crawling; constant reaching outward and fine manipulation; occasional reaching above shoulder; standing, walking, sitting, and keyboarding as needed.
