Field Service Technician

Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Atlanta looking to identify a Field Service Technician to join their company!

What You'll Do:

• Install, troubleshoot, and commission automated equipment lines
• Work directly with customers a to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Support customers and company service technicians on technical repairs and service, both in person and over the phone

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a service technician or maintenance technician
• Ability to read schematics — electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical
• Strong independent troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience commissioning or installing equipment
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to customer sites (flights, rental cars, on-site work)
• Ability to work some weekends and overtime as needed
• Prior field service experience is a plus
