Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based out of Hershey, PA for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul around 400 miles
- Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO
- Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly
Additional pay details:
- $20 for the first stop
- $35 for the second stop
- $50 for the third stop and beyond
- $65 for Long Island deliveries
- $12.50 per hour in detention pay after 2 hours
Lane details
- Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
- Primary running area generally covers Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
- Occasional runs outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
- Drivers who choose to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
- Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
- Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
