We are looking for a precision-driven Removable Dental Technician to join our laboratory team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality prostheses that restore both confidence and function for patients. If you have a keen eye for esthetics, a mastery of dental materials, and a desire to work in a collaborative, tech-forward environment, we want to hear from you.
Full-Cycle Fabrication: Craft a wide range of removable prostheses, including complete and partial dentures, cast frameworks, immediate dentures, relines, and repairs.
Technical Mastery: Manage the end-to-end process—from pouring diagnostic models and wax-ups to flasking, packing, finishing, and polishing.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous final inspections to ensure every restoration meets clinical standards for occlusion, fit, and esthetic naturalism.
Clinical Collaboration: Interpret prescriptions accurately and communicate directly with clinicians to resolve case complexities or material selections.
Digital Integration: Engage with modern workflows, including scanning and CAD/CAM processes (3Shape/Exocad) for digital denture production.
Laboratory Stewardship: Maintain equipment, track cases via our management software, and uphold strict infection-control protocols.
Mentorship: Share your expertise by guiding junior technicians and contributing to the continuous improvement of lab workflows.
Experience: A solid background in removable prosthetics, whether through an accredited program or extensive on-the-job training.
Artistry & Precision: Exceptional manual dexterity and "visual acuity"—you notice the tiny details that make a restoration look and feel real.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency with acrylics, thermoplastics, and the mechanics of cast frameworks.
Communication Skills: The ability to translate technical jargon into clear updates for dentists and internal team members.
Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with intraoral/desktop scanners and dental design software.
Specialization: Familiarity with implant-retained overdentures and complex attachments.
Efficiency: A proven track record of maintaining high quality in a fast-paced, high-output laboratory setting.
