Remote Customer Care Representative | Flexible Hours | Training Provided

We are seeking a Remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy working directly with people in a structured support role. Training is provided. Candidates based in Birmingham, Alabama (or the surrounding area) are welcome; remote work may follow U.S. Central Time hours.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and respond to support requests
  • Coordinate schedules and handle appointment-related tasks
  • Assist with service updates and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records and perform system updates
  • Deliver a consistent and professional client experience

Qualifications and attributes:
