- Deep understanding of how materials behave in thermoforming.
- Hands-on comfort with basic hand tools and production equipment.
- Ability to spot process improvements and act on them.
- Confidence operating thermoforming machines and peripherals.
- Strength in documenting processes and maintaining accurate records.
Your impact
- Work with the Process Team Leader to troubleshoot ongoing processing issues and stabilize operations.
- Support setups to bring lines into production and actively participate in job start-ups.
- Partner with corporate engineers on new product development and R&D trial requests.
- Continuously elevate product quality by following established improvement programs.
- Commission and start up new equipment, providing process expertise.
- Keep process definition sheets and tracking systems current and complete.
- Leverage technical proficiency developed primarily through experience and on-the-job training.
- Record and maintain all required process and quality data with precision.
- Take on other duties as needed to support the operation.
