Your Impact
Architect and deploy lean quality systems that drive performance across the entire production lifecycle.
Define long-term quality improvement plans and execute near-term gains through kaizen and standard work.
Lead technical workstreams for proposals and projects:
Build/validate PFDs with plant pressure profiles and mechanical design pressure/temperature
Complete heat & material balances; develop P&IDs
Create process data sheets for major equipment
Review vendor quotations and prints; verify process data integrity
Confirm relief valve and header sizing
Specify process heat exchanger requirements with vendors
Conduct safety reviews
Drive rigorous root cause analysis and corrective actions; support CIR-related quality responses and reporting.
Collaborate with the Manager and GM of Production Equipment to ensure every RFQ component is aligned before application activities begin.
Serve as the connector between engineering and the Applications Engineer; monitor in-house proposal progress.
Initiate preventive measures to eliminate quality non-conformances in products, processes, and systems.
Deliver CRM, Syteline, statistical, and custom reports with actionable insights.
What You’ll Bring
BS in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
3–5 years leading quality in lean manufacturing, with a track record in rapid CI.
Expertise in standard work and quality system documentation/management.
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; strong Six Sigma practice required.
Demonstrated use of VSM, visual management, 5S, variation reduction kaizen, material pull, total production maintenance (TPM), and error proofing.
Advanced SPC knowledge and software proficiency.
Hands-on leader who partners with plant leaders and hourly teams at assigned sites.
Strategic perspective with the ability to connect improvements to business outcomes.
Proficiency across: Continuous Improvement, 5 Why, Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Kaizen, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Six Sigma Experience, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Development.
