Your impact

• Inspect inbound materials, components in production, and final assemblies for conformance.
• Use appropriate measuring devices and inspection systems to confirm specifications and tolerances.
• Record results with clarity and maintain organized quality documentation.
• Identify defects promptly; partner with operations to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to developing and refining quality procedures and standards.
• Participate in internal audits and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training to production personnel on best practices and quality expectations.

What sets you up for success

• High school diploma or equivalent; supplemental QA coursework preferred.
• Experience in product inspection or comparable quality roles within manufacturing.
• Solid grasp of quality methodologies and control tools.
• Meticulous eye for detail and strong problem-solving capability.
• Comfort reading drawings, specifications, and related technical materials.
• Effective communicator—both in writing and in person.
• Proficient with measurement instruments and inspection software.
• Able to work independently while thriving in a fast-moving team environment.
