Lead the end-to-end movement of materials in a manufacturing setting—from receiving raw inputs to shipping finished goods across domestic and international lanes. You will coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, EHS, and other partners to ensure every order is accurate, compliant, cost-effective, and on time. You’ll also guide a warehouse team and steward carrier relationships, costs, and documentation.
You will set the pace for safe, compliant logistics. That includes managing hazardous and non-hazardous shipments under IMDG and IATA rules, aligning with EHS to segregate reactive chemicals, and confirming that products are labeled, stored, and documented correctly. You’ll verify receipts (counts and lot numbers), reconcile to purchase orders, and keep inventory precise through disciplined cycle counts. You will supervise Warehouse Operators—coaching performance, enforcing policy, and applying discipline when necessary. On the transportation side, you will evaluate carriers, monitor and analyze freight spend, verify invoices, and resolve claims. You’ll own departmental budgeting, maintain warehouse safety and industrial hygiene standards, and continuously improve efficiency while nurturing a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and learning.
This role works in both industrial and office settings, uses standard office equipment, and involves frequent interaction with warehouse and logistics operations.
Full-time, exempt position.
