Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively across departments with strong understanding of facility equipment
- Uphold safety standards by diligently following safety rules and wearing PPE
- Coordinate maintenance schedules alongside ARP Planners
- Proactively participate in CMC’s Safety Programs
- Diagnose power and component issues using test tools and expertise
- Utilize analytical skills to resolve issues with AC/DC motor controls, PLCs, and high voltage systems
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, and crane equipment
- Apply knowledge across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and materials used
- Perform maintenance tasks including installations, repairs, and preventative checks
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance and production teams
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Utilize SAP software for planning and record-keeping
- Operate and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment including multimeters and oscilloscopes
Skills and Experience
- Adapts swiftly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in elevated areas for periods
- Strong problem-solving ability with logical, analytical thinking
- Experience in AC/DC troubleshooting is essential
- Skilled in maintaining and repairing electrical controls
- Industrial maintenance expertise, with preference of 3 years' practice
- Familiarity with SAP system and MRO processes is advantageous
- Comprehension of hydraulics/pneumatics, and electrical safety practices
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Education Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
