Class A Company Driver - Entry Level

You earned your Class A CDL. Now turn your training into a full-time regional driving career with 365 Freight USA in Florence, South Carolina. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training. You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

What will I earn?

• Training pay of $850 per week
• Expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 or more per week after successfully completing the mentor program
• Paid orientation
• Weekly pay every Friday

What kind of freight will I haul?

You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet. Weekly or biweekly home time is available.

What do I need to qualify?

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely

With 365 Freight USA, you will not be expected to manage everything on your own. You will begin with a paid mentor, develop your skills on the road, and progress into a full-time regional position with an assigned truck.
