What you’ll do
- Find and win new customers with strong long‑term potential.
- Deliver ongoing service and support to existing accounts.
- Report daily activity to sales management: prospecting progress, account development, and presentations.
- Run a segment‑focused plan:
- Coordinate all activity for your assigned accounts and partnerships.
- Target segments most likely to yield sustained, profitable growth.
- Expand relationships through parallel selling and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Analyze and prioritize accounts based on profit potential.
- Discontinue unprofitable business; route profitable, low‑potential accounts to Inside Sales.
- Be accountable for every O’Neal touchpoint with your accounts.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of successful metals sales experience.
- Clear, confident communication; strong time management; resourceful problem solving.
- Independent, self‑directed work style.
- Proficiency with computer and web‑based applications.
- Willing to travel (including overnight); valid driver’s license.
