Your impact

• Execute MIG welds on steel and other metals to exact specifications and industry standards.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan sequences and verify dimensions.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures.
• Inspect and validate weld quality, ensuring compliance before release.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Uphold a clean, orderly workstation and follow all safety protocols.
• Partner with teammates and supervisors to meet production schedules and goals.

What sets you up for success

• Proven MIG welding proficiency; minimum two years of welding experience in manufacturing required.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Uncompromising attention to detail and quality.
• Working knowledge of welding safety procedures and PPE.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and work with metal materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive problem-solver; effective both independently and on a team.
