Transforming lives by transforming drug delivery
At Adare, every batch connects to a patient who depends on it. As a Drug Product Operations Specialist, you’ll join our Manufacturing Operations team, reporting to a Shift Supervisor, and progress through a structured cross-training path across dispensing, blending and granulation, compression, encapsulation, and coating — all within strict cGMP and Safety frameworks, including documentation and gowning procedures.
Your first 90 days
- Days 1–30: Learn SOPs, cGMP fundamentals, gowning, and documentation. Support cleaning of product rooms and core equipment (mills, mixers, ovens, granulators). Shadow dispensing room setup per SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs); practice accurate logbook entries.
- Days 31–60: Execute raw material dispensing per SOP and Production Batch Record; verify approved materials against BMRs, confirm expiry and retest dates, and issue materials with complete entries in the Production Batch Record, inventory card, and other paperwork.
- Days 61–90: Operate granulation and coating systems, including Coating Pans (Accela Cota, Compulab) with dust collection. Begin compressing and encapsulating per BMRs, and clean encapsulation and tablet compression equipment to spec.
Equipment you’ll operate
Kilian S520, Syntheses 500, tablet presses, drum lifters, dedusters, metal detectors, scales, micrometers, hardness testers, printers, and inspection machines.
