Flat Roof Installation Laborer

Help Build and Maintain Commercial Roofs with Holland Roofing

We’re expanding our Milford, OH crew and looking for a Flat Roof Installation Laborer who prefers tools-in-hand work and the outdoors. Most days, you’ll commute from home straight to the jobsite—no office check-in—and head home when the project day is done. Project locations rotate as jobs are completed.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with setup, material handling, and cleanup on commercial roofing projects
• Support installation and repair of EPDM, TPO, PVC, and sheet metal components under supervision
• Operate or assist with equipment (forklifts, basket lifts) when trained
• Follow safety procedures, including OSHA 10 best practices

What You Need

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on labor experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Comfort with physically demanding, outdoor work
• Interest in learning commercial roofing—roofing experience is not required

Nice to Have

• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades
• Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or related equipment
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Familiarity with EPDM, PVC, TPO, and sheet metal practices

Compensation

• Pay: $22.50 per hour
• $1,000 Bonus total, paid as:
  • $300 after 90 days
  • $300 after 120 days
  • $400 after one year
