Healthcare Regulatory Attorney – Woodbridge, NJ

A long-standing New Jersey law firm is hiring a healthcare attorney for its regulatory and transactional practice in Woodbridge. The clients are providers: hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers.

The work: counseling providers on regulatory compliance and licensing. Drafting and negotiating provider, employment and services agreements. Corporate work for healthcare entities, including formation, affiliations and acquisitions. Answering the questions that come up when medicine meets the rules.

Who fits: two or more years in healthcare regulatory or healthcare corporate practice, with hands-on contract drafting. Experience with hospitals, physician practices or surgery centers. Admitted in New Jersey; New York admission or a transferable UBE score is a plus.

Pay: $145,000 to $155,000 base. Full benefits.
