What You'll Do:
✅ Assist with setup and operation of manual and CNC machines
✅ Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

✅ Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet customer needs
✅ Learn new equipment and expand your technical skills
What We're Looking For: ✔ 1-3 years of manufacturing or machine shop experience
✔ Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn machining
✔ Ability to read engineering drawings and use basic math skills
✔ Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
