Your Mission

Own the last mile inside our warehouse. You’ll keep orders flowing, inventory accurate, and trailers loaded with precision. You’ll rotate through Pick/Pack, Dock, International, and UPS/Fed-EX stations—wherever the team needs you most.

Impact You’ll Make

• Stage, sort, and load/unload trailers efficiently.
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders; keep product organized end-to-end.
• Maintain spotless, safe work areas; pull the manual dock chain correctly.
• Move materials: shrink wrap, box, label, and convey to packing/shipping.
• Transact accurately in NAV with an RF scanner.
• Operate Forklift, Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack, RF Scanner, computers, and printers safely.
• Assemble orders from stock and palletize or shelf them for shipment.
• Weigh or count items to meet internal distribution standards.
• Execute cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Assist on shows and sample coordination as required.
• Support product and shipment labeling.
• Take on additional tasks/projects assigned by your supervisor or team lead.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); Forklift Certification (preferred).
• Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Read and follow tickets and processing work instructions accurately.
• Basic MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) skills.
• Demonstrated safe forklift operation; comfortable in hot and cold environments.

Workstyle & Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 40+ hours per week, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed. No travel.

Physical Expectations

Regular talking/hearing; frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching; occasional sitting, climbing/balancing, and stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling. Frequent lifting/moving of 50+ lbs. Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust focus.

• Forklift Licensed; Meets Physical Requirements; High School/GED
