Overview:
We're seeking a part-time Accounting Integration Specialist to help connect the ReMatter platform to popular accounting tools including Quickbooks Online (QBO), Quickbooks Desktop (QBD), Sage 50, Sage Intaact, & Xero. You will help guide customers through the accounting set-up process during onboarding, train them on the data migration process, and help troubleshoot ongoing accounting questions.
You will work directly with customer’s bookkeepers / accountants to understand their current accounting configuration and configure templates in ReMatter to properly map the data. This will require an understanding of core accounting objects and the ability to troubleshoot account mapping issues.
This is a fully remote, part-time role with 15-20 hours of work a week. You will report into our Director of Customer Experience. The role pays $25-45 / hr depending on experience.
