Continuous Improvement Engineer

Overview:
Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a precision and fabricating manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Identify and fix inefficiencies and quality issues across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and support continuous improvement efforts using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Analyze workflows through time studies and process mapping to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Evaluate and help implement new technologies, automation, and data systems.
- Work with teams (Engineering, IT, Quality) to improve processes and launch new solutions.
- Track performance data, update procedures, and support training on new processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing and process improvement tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Inventor is a plus.
