Beverage Bottling Line Supervisor

A day on our line

Step onto the production floor and set the pace for a safe, smooth, and efficient shift. You’ll line up priorities, brief the crew, check safety and quality checkpoints, and keep the bottling line humming. As challenges pop up, you’ll troubleshoot quickly, communicate clearly, and keep everyone focused on meeting goals without compromising standards.

What you’ll lead

• Coordinate and supervise daily bottling activities from start to finish.
• Champion compliance with safety regulations and uphold strict quality standards.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members to elevate skills and performance.
• Track production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with management to resolve operational issues and remove roadblocks.
• Oversee inventory needs and manage line supplies to prevent downtime.
• Build a collaborative, positive team environment through clear communication and support.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional manufacturing or leadership education is a plus.
• Hands-on production/manufacturing experience, ideally with previous lead responsibilities.
• Proven leadership with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of safety practices and quality control procedures.
