Are you the go-to problem solver who thrives on the road?
If you enjoy hands-on technical work, fast-paced hospital settings, and building trust with customers, STERIS has a field role for you. You’ll deliver on-site cleaning and light maintenance for large hospital sterilizers, acting as a trusted advisor to clinical staff and facilities teams.

- Coordinate closely with Field Service partners and our contract administration team; keep stakeholders informed on arrival times, service status, completion, and next steps.

- Work with the Scheduling Team and your Supervisor to plan efficient service routes and meet coverage/service standards across your territory.
- Troubleshoot equipment and system component issues, escalating to the right contact when needed.
- Complete all documentation and reporting via company-issued smartphone, laptop, and software.
