Remote Customer Service & Client Support Agent – Work From Home

The Gainey Agency is currently hiring for a remote Client Support Agent position. We are seeking individuals who are motivated, coachable, and interested in a flexible work-from-home opportunity within the financial services industry.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products
- Provide general education on life insurance options
- Assist clients in identifying coverage that fits their needs
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients
(Leads may be provided. No requirement to cold call.)
Training & Support
- Structured onboarding and training program

Compensation
- Commission-based pay as an independent contractor (1099)

Requirements
