Sales Development Representative (Remote, $55k base + uncapped commission)

About the role

SDR generating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. You'll be the first touchpoint for inbound and outbound leads.

What you'll do

  • 50+ outbound activities per day (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Qualify inbound demo requests within 5 minutes
  • Book qualified meetings for our AEs
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
  • Run weekly outbound experiments

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years SDR/BDR experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Track record of hitting quota (we'll ask for numbers)
  • Comfortable with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong written communication
  • Hungry, coachable, resilient
