Full-Stack Product Engineer
About the Role
A fast-growing, seed-funded enterprise AI platform company based in Berlin is hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join their team on-site. This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll own features end-to-end, work closely with the Chief Product Officer, and ship AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across enterprise customers. The team is lean, technically strong, and focused on helping organizations become genuinely AI-driven.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to product feature development across the AI platform, from technical design through to user-facing implementation.
- Build end-to-end solutions spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.
- Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
- Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows.
- Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
- Participate in rotating Support Engineer shifts, working directly with customers and the customer support team.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js (dealbreakers).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
- Proven track record delivering features end-to-end — from concept to production — in full-stack development.
- Strong CS fundamentals and an ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Experience collaborating closely with a CPO and cross-functional teams to shape product direction.
Compensation & Details
- Salary: $66,000 – $120,000 USD annually
- Employment: Full-time, on-site
- Visa sponsorship: Available

Berlin, Germany. This role is fully on-site — candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
