Class A Dedicated Truck Driver - CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated refrigerated (53') grocery account. Drivers will run regional routes with weekly home time.

Compensation & benefits

• $1,300–$1,500 per week
• Pay per mile: $0.49–$0.61 (based on experience)
• Weekend differential: $0.03 per mile for work from Friday 17:00 to Monday 04:00
• Stop pay: $10 for first stop; $15 for each additional stop
• Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for over 8,200 miles with no accidents and fuel at 7 MPG
• Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO) after 30 days

Schedule & home time

• Regional operation with day and night driving as required (7-day operation)
• Weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset
• Average expected mileage: approximately 2,100 miles per week

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21
• At least 6 months of recent OTR or regional driving experience
• Reasonably clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions in the past 5 years
• Not terminated from last employment for safety-related reasons
• No recent DUI convictions; certain felony or misdemeanor convictions may disqualify—all offenses reviewed for safety-related concerns
• Demonstrated stable work history (for example, at least 6 months of employment in the last year or 1 year in the last three years; reasonable exceptions for schooling/training may apply). Prefer candidates with a solid 10-year employment history and no major gaps.
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens and meet federal and company safety/background checks
