CDL A Truck Driver Trainee - Paid Training

Recent CDL Class A graduates are invited to join a regional fleet serving the Pensacola area and the Florida Gulf Coast. Paid, over-the-road (OTR) finish training is provided, together with an aggressive tuition reimbursement program to help reduce school debt.

Training Focus — What You Will Learn

• Advanced backing techniques and tight-quarters maneuvering applicable to urban hubs and terminals in the Pensacola and Gulf Coast region.
• Proper use of Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and full compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Safe and efficient operation of late-model diesel equipment (2024–2026 model years).

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL issued following completion of an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
• Clean driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
