Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Auburn, WA. Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and systems according to IPC-A-610 standards.
- Follow IPC Joint Industry Standard (IPC-J-STD) guidelines for soldering and assembly.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and AS9102 quality management standards.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve assembly issues.
- Utilize heat guns, multimeters, calipers, and micrometers for assembly and testing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly techniques and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IPC-A-610 and IPC Joint Industry Standard (IPC-J-STD).
- Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 quality standards.
- Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Proficient in using heat guns, multimeters, calipers, and micrometers.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
