AutoStore Fulfillment Technician

A day in the life

As an AutoStore Fulfillment Technician, you’ll be the heartbeat of our distribution floor—moving goods accurately and on time while partnering with our automated AutoStore system. You begin your shift reviewing queued orders, then guide inventory through receiving and put-away, execute precise picks, and prepare shipments that meet strict quality and safety standards.

How you’ll make an impact

• Work hands-on with our AutoStore system to receive, store, locate, and select finished goods for customer orders.
• Interface with automated equipment to perform warehouse picking, cycle counting, and put-away activities.
• Use ladders, barcode scanners, touchscreens, and computer keyboards to complete inventory transactions.
• Apply special labeling, palletize finished goods for transport, and stage cardboard boxes as required.
• Operate pallet jacks and complete dunnage operations as needed.
• Own the quality of your work and perform waste/material management per applicable regulatory requirements.
• Keep your area clean and organized following Eaton’s 5S procedures, and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate in a team-based environment to help the Bussmann business achieve its objectives.

What you’ll bring

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• At least one (1) year of computer experience.
• Local to Ellisville, MO: candidates must reside within 50 miles; relocation is not offered for this role.
• Preferred: experience working with automated robots.

Physical/work environment

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfort with repetitive motion, standing, and stooping.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
