Your impact

  • Assemble complex products by staging components and installing key tops, switches, levers, and wires.
  • Operate assembly machinery safely; use hand tools to fabricate, repair, and build parts and finished units.
  • Read and apply engineering drawings, specs, BOMs, schematics, blueprints, and procedures.
  • Take accountability for throughput and quality; visually inspect parts, identify defects, and return items for rework per procedure.
  • Collaborate with teammates across the line to meet schedules and pack completed product.
  • Record results on forms and graphs with accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot inoperative equipment; solve issues in real time.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and uphold a clean, organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company and industry safety standards.

What you need to succeed

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Sharp attention to detail and excellent hand–eye coordination.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude; prior mechanical assembly experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while seated or standing for extended periods.
  • Strong vision capabilities: depth perception, peripheral vision, and color differentiation.

Work location: 100% onsite - Merrimack, NH

Pay and benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $18.13 - $27.20. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
