Beast Mode Truckin seeks dependable Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account operating 53' dry vans in MD, VA, PA, and DC. This role offers a predictable schedule, structured training, competitive pay, and benefits.
- Compensation & benefits: $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles/pay tier); trainee pay $650+ per week (typical 4–6 weeks for drivers with <6 months’ experience). Per-mile: $0.59–$0.64. Additional pay: stop pay, load pay, and monthly performance bonus up to $0.06/mi. Benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off.
- Job details: 53' dry van; 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload. Dedicated lanes: MD, VA, PA, DC. Average up to ~2,000 miles/week. Day or night driving as required. Structured orientation and on-road mentoring provided.
- Schedule: Regular weekly home time; typical rotation departs early in the week and returns on weekends (actual schedule varies by account).
- Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL; age 21+; graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours). Fair driving record (no major accidents, major violations, suspensions, or DUIs within past 5 years). Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons. Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens. Certain criminal convictions reviewed case-by-case. Recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers welcome.
