Your mission

Safeguard uptime across a fleet of advanced woodworking machines used to produce custom retail fixtures, cabinetry, and commercial millwork for customers nationwide.

  • Implement rigorous preventative maintenance on CNC routers, point-to-point machines, edge banders, panel saws, and related equipment.
  • Hunt down faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and CNC control systems—and resolve them fast.
  • Jump on emergency repairs to minimize production interruptions.
  • Partner with operators, programmers, and leadership to squash recurring issues and improve performance.
  • Keep meticulous service records, PM calendars, and documentation.
  • Manage spares so the right part is always on the shelf.
  • Assist with new machine installs, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Work safely at all times and follow company policies without compromise.

What it takes

  • 5+ years of CNC maintenance in a woodworking or cabinet manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with CNC routers and woodworking machinery.
  • Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
  • Fluency in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of servo motors, drives, sensors, and CNC controls.
  • Analytical, detail-driven, and able to self-prioritize in a live production setting.
