CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Gilbert, AZ, serving the Phoenix metropolitan area and the Southwest. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, a reliable weekly paycheck and a full benefits package starting on day one.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.

• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new CDL graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Schedule & equipment:
  • Regional routes with regular weekly home time
  • Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook
  • Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
• Minimum qualifications:
  • Valid CDL‑A
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required
  • Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
  • Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
