Provide first-level technical support to Italian-speaking customers
Assist users with basic troubleshooting related to devices, connectivity, and software
Identify issues and guide customers step-by-step toward resolution
Escalate more complex cases when necessary
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication
Italian language at fluent level
Good level of English (B2 minimum)
Basic PC knowledge and confidence using digital tools
Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
