Shifts: 6:00pm–6:00am or 6:00am–6:00pm
You arrive to a clean, safety-focused plant. Materials are staged. You set up to feed them into precision packaging machines, monitor output, and keep quality front and center. When something looks off, you alert your Supervisor immediately. You finish the run by packing products to the exact configuration and completing accurate paperwork—ready for the next order.
Novolex builds packaging that supports foodservice, restaurant delivery and carryout, food processing, grocery and retail, and industrial sectors. We manufacture and source across resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and more—delivering stock and custom solutions spanning 120 product categories, 250 brands, and 39,000+ SKUs.
