Plastics Finishing and Trimming Specialist

Role overview

Join our manufacturing team to produce high-quality plastic components from press to package. You’ll operate molding equipment, perfect part finishes, and prepare orders for shipment—all while maintaining strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Run and oversee injection molding press operations
  • Trim, deburr, and smooth parts for a clean, consistent finish
  • Paint products according to customer specifications and preferences
  • Verify quality against defined specifications and documentation
  • Pack finished goods and get them shipment-ready

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a machine operator; familiarity with plastic manufacturing
  • Competence with air-powered tools and common hand tools
  • Math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication; follows detailed work instructions
  • Effective working solo or as part of a team
  • HS diploma or GED preferred; dependable transportation

  • Direct experience within the plastics industry
