CDL A Regional Driver Trainee
365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Morgantown, WV area for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, comprehensive benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across the Midwest and the Eastern United States. Candidates should be prepared to develop safe driving habits and transition into a steady solo role operating from the Morgantown region.
What this role offers:
- Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
- $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
- Weekly pay by direct deposit

Route and training details:
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments after completion of training
- Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Midwest and Eastern U.S.
- Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication skills
- No prior over-the-road experience required
