You have earned your CDL and are ready to convert it into a long-term career. Seeking CDL school graduates to join an expanding Eastern fleet based in Buffalo, NY. A paid training program is available for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

Compensation and benefits

Typical assignment

• Predictable regional routes operating from Buffalo, NY
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

• Paid training available to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Work with an experienced mentor
• Emphasis on safety and practical on-road experience to build confidence

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible
