Step Into a Modern Aerospace Shop Floor
Picture your morning in a new, state-of-the-art facility in Rochester: you pull up a fresh set of parts, validate tooling strategies, and partner with production, quality, and design to bring precision components to life. TekPro has teamed up with a modern aerospace component manufacturer to add engineering talent in permanent, direct-hire roles.
Two Paths, One Purpose
We are hiring for two complementary engineering profiles. Choose the lane that fits your strengths—or bring cross-coverage if you span both.
Profile A: CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineer
Core requirement: Deep Mastercam programming expertise.
What you’ll do:
- Develop CNC programs and tool paths for complex aerospace components
- Provide hands-on machining optimization on the floor
- Collaborate with production, quality, and design to enhance manufacturability
- Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, tooling, and process robustness
Profile B: Process Engineer
Core requirement: Extensive ERP experience—ideally owning or building workflows.
What you’ll do:
- Create routings, author process documentation, and standardize workflows
- Configure and integrate ERP, maintaining clean, accurate data
- Support production planning and ensure process readiness at launch
- Coordinate across engineering, quality, and operations to keep work moving
Why this move
- Operate inside a cutting-edge facility with modern equipment and systems
- Join a collaborative, quality-forward aerospace team
- Make a measurable impact on throughput, consistency, and manufacturability
If you’re ready to build programs, refine processes, and elevate output in a precision-driven environment, this is your next step.
