Class A Flatbed Driver - Home Weekends

365 Freight USA is looking for experienced Class A flatbed drivers for regional runs with weekend home time. The role emphasizes professional load securement, safe operation, and predictable pay and schedules with a full benefits package and new equipment.

Compensation

Weekly gross $1,900–$2,200 (paid weekly via direct deposit) + a sign‑on bonus: $5,000 total.

• Additional pay: Tarping $40/load (≈40–50% of loads); detention $16/hour (after 2 hours); layover $50/day (after 24 hours); breakdown pay $100/day.

Weekend home time with a 34‑hour reset.

Operating nationwide (all 48 states) with most drivers on 5‑state regional loops; typical weekly mileage on consistent routes ~2,000–2,500 miles.

Newer, fully equipped tractors for flatbed work. No forced dispatch; 24/7 access to an experienced support team knowledgeable in flatbed operations.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid CDL‑A
• Minimum 1 year OTR driving and at least 6 months flatbed experience
• Proficiency with straps, tarps, chains, and binders; experience hauling steel/pipe preferred
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
